About the role
As a Concessions Supervisor at Little Caesars Arena, you will lead a team to provide exceptional guest service. This is a seasonal position.Responsibilities
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Absorb and direct employees
- Assist with set up and closing procedures for all assigned locations
- Place food and beverage orders for your concessions locations daily
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
Requirements
- Experience working with food and beverage required
- Minimum of 2 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- No college degree required

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of food service operations
