Concessions Supervisor, Lambeau Field

About the role

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas
• Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
• Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in food service required
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally. May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season.

Schedule

Days, evenings, events, holidays, OT as needed, weekends.

Pay and Benefits
