Concessions Manager, Chaifetz Arena
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concessions Manager to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily concessions operations, develop and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service delivery on every event day.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of all concession locations within the unit
- Coordinate team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Hire and train new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures with the ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
