About the role
The Concessions Manager will oversee all concession operations during events, ensuring efficient service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. This role also involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising concession staff, monitoring sales performance, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all concession operations during events
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff
- Ensure all stands are properly stocked, staffed, and operational
- Maintain food safety standards and certifications
- Handle guest concerns and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and menu offerings
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferred
