Concessions Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards. This role supports the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures, mentors and coaches team members, works with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance, supports other departments as needed, oversees service standards and operations during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience, manages and resolves guest complaints, ensures accurate end of month inventory, manages team safety procedures and compliance, manages team member scheduling, oversees payroll, and supports other properties and departments as demanded by the business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures
• Mentor and coach team members, including professional development and progressive discipline
• Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
• Serving as a point person for other departments as needed
• Overseeing service standards and operations during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience
• Managing and resolving guest complaints
• Ensuring accurate end of month inventory
• Managing team safety procedures and compliance
• Managing team member scheduling
• Overseeing payroll
• Supporting other properties and departments as demanded by the business

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
• High level of computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
