Concessions Lead Bartender | T-Mobile Arena

Job Summary

The Concessions Lead Bartender is responsible for excellent communication skills to serve cocktails to customers, greeting them, answering questions, and recommending menu items. They also manage stock, keep the area clean, and handle alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

• Count stock by verifying amounts on the stand sheet.
• Ensure Skyflow is correctly used on all bottles and that Skyflow is operating.
• Train employees on drink preparation according to Levy's beverage standards.
• Ensure the stand is properly stocked and cleaned for opening and closing.
• Fill orders quickly and efficiently using POS and credit card machine.
• Ensure only guests of legal age are served alcoholic beverages by checking IDs.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability by encouraging customers to stop drinking or use safe transportation.
• Complete sanitation worksheet in full.
• Know how to use Skyflow.
• Complete Alcohol Incident Log whenever service is denied to a guest.
• Communicate guest issues to management.
• Recount stock and verify on the stand sheet, then enter end counts into Point of Sale.
• Fill out stand sheet completely by tallying sales and depositing money.
• Clean the bar area.
• Requisition stock for the next event.
• Report earned tips in the time clock.

Job Duties

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar setting.
• Punctual, reliable, and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility for long periods throughout the day and stand for the entire shift.
• Able to obtain and maintain required work cards including SNHD Health Card, ServSafe Alcohol Card, Non-Gaming Card.
• Able to communicate in English in both written and oral forms.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
