Concessions Auditor - Mercedes Benz Stadium

Job Summary

Responsible for data entry and administrative support of Concessions food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing concession stands.
• Processes lead checkout paperwork.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Initiates recounts of inventory during event audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year data entry experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience using POS programs and Microsoft Excel.
• Interpersonal and communications skills.
