Concessions

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, and beverages, following established recipes and standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure proper change is given and receipts are provided.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
• Notify the Concessions Manager of low stock or replenishment needs.
• Restock concession stands with necessary supplies and products throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and handling of food items.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
• Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs;
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times;
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion.
