Concession Server - United Center

Job Summary

The United Center is the largest arena in the United States, located on the West Side of Chicago. It hosts world-class concerts, events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and Chicago Bulls (NBA). We’re seeking courteous, efficient servers to join our premium seating team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders with superior guest service
• Provide a professional, friendly experience to premium ticket holders
• Assist with stand setup, cleanup, and other operational tasks
• Reconcile sales and run server reports at shift’s end
• Support and train new team members when needed
• Attend pre-event meetings to stay informed and prepared

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Able to follow instructions and solve problems on the fly
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
• Previous serving experience preferred
