Concessions Runner - United Center

Job Summary

About the United Center: Located on the Near West Side of Chicago, the United Center is the largest arena in the U.S. It’s home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and Chicago Bulls (NBA), and hosts major concerts and events year-round.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each event
• Aid with basic food prep and menu distribution
• Maintain clean and organized service areas
• Help with stand setup and cleanup
• Train new team members as needed
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
• Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods
• Prior food service experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Comfortable navigating crowds and working in a busy environment
