Concentrates Packaging Lead

Location: Spokane Valley, WA • Full-Time • Reports to: Processing, Assistant, Weekend & Graveyard Managers

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks, track attendance and production rates, and coach and train crew members.
• Oversee weighing of concentrates and filling of vape cartridges and other concentrate products.
• Run quality control checks and keep inventory accurate, current, and properly labeled.
• Pull and prep product by priority, keep trucks on schedule, and inspect outgoing orders.
• Monitor email and Basecamp, send shift reports, and hand off clear instructions between shifts.
• Evaluate sales projections to build backstock, and attend lead meetings.
• Oversee equipment upkeep and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support supervisors on personnel matters, assist with R&D, and help other departments as needed.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Leadership/management experience a plus.
• Plant/trimming experience a plus; computer and tracking software experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing/sitting, repetitive hand tasks, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Frequent walking and reaching; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing, or crouching.
• Clear vision at 20+ feet and ability to differentiate colors.

Pay

$17.13/hr for the first 30 days, then $18.13/hr.
