What You Will Do

The Computing and Artificial Intelligence (CAI) Division is seeking recent graduates for a post-graduate internship. Interns will work on varied projects aligned with the division's mission areas and will be mentored by experienced professionals.

What You Need

  • Minimum Job Requirements: Knowledge and experience in an area relevant to CAI Division, such as computational earth science, numerical analysis, plasma physics, etc.
  • Education/Experience: M.S. degree from an accredited program in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, or related fields within the past 3 years with a GPA of at least 3.2.
  • Desired Qualifications: Strong leadership skills.

Work Location

The internship is located onsite at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.

Additional Details

  • Directive 206.2 - Employment with Triad requires a favorable decision by NNSA indicating suitability under NNSA Supplemental Directive 206.2.
  • No Clearance: Position does not require a security clearance.
  • New-Employment Drug Test: Successful applicants must complete a new-employment drug test and maintain compliance with the Laboratory's substance abuse policy.
