Computer Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and trusted Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will take the lead on team projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software
• Set up new computer systems
• Analyze software and computers to identify problems
• Adjust computer settings to meet new standards
• Apply technical skills to repair computer equipment
• Work directly with clients on sales and service
• Install and configure computers
• Troubleshoot network problems

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about computers, computer networks, routing and firewalls, switching, and connectivity
• Experience with main software suites like MS 365 and Google Workspaces
