Computer Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and trusted Computer Technician to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive computer checks, diagnose and correct computer problems, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of leading team projects and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software
• Set up new computer systems
• Analyze software and computers to identify problems
• Adjust computer settings to meet new standards
• Apply technical skills to repair computer equipment
• Work directly with clients on sales and service
• Install and configure computers
• Troubleshoot network problems

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about computers, computer networks, routing and firewalls, switching, and connectivity
• Familiarity with main software suites like MS 365 and Google Workspaces
