About the role

As a Computer Support Technician at NRS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and supporting our dedicated team. You’ll provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot user issues, manage hardware and software applications, and document solutions to keep our business running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Epicor Kinetic, Salesforce, Webex/Cisco phone systems, and various warehouse and shipping tools.
• Manage hardware and software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Document solutions to common issues and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot user issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Support a broad range of systems within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in ERP and CRM support.
• Endpoint management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Epicor Kinetic, Salesforce, Webex/Cisco phone systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
