Computer Operator | Full Time | Rochester Hills, MI

About the role

Monitor the activities of a large-scale data center. Perform first response to system failures and problems, and investigate and resolve operational issues across a variety of computing environments, including online and batch applications. This position may require working off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (IT related field) preferred
• Three plus (3+) years of IT experience preferred
• Microsoft Print Server experience preferred
• LRS Enterprise Output Server experience preferred
• ITIL certifications preferred
• LRS/Microsoft Print Server Software preferred
• WCC (AutoSys) Software preferred
• IBM JCL, Utilities, and supporting third-party software preferred
• UNIX and Windows commands and Utilities preferred
