Responsibilities

• Monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment
• Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams
• Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately
• Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
• Identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively
• Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery

Qualifications

YOUR STAR QUALITIES We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a technical operations environment. Required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Pay

The estimated starting compensation range is $29,120 - $52,458. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. Schedule

Work schedule - day shift 6am - 6pm, 3 days one week, 4 the next and working Sat or Sun every week.
