Requirements / Qualifications
- Completed application form
- A Letter of Introduction
- A current resume including background information, education, experience and achievements
- Copies of state certification (credentials)
- Two (2) recent letters of recommendation from supervisors describing your performance in previously held positions
Note: For applicants who do not hold a valid teaching credential, please upload a copy of intern eligibility letter or unofficial transcripts in lieu of your “Credential Copy” when submitting an application.
