Title: Computer and Information Technologies Adjunct Faculty (In-Person) Salary Range: $575 per credit hour Contract Term Length: Not Applicable Standard Hours: Varies Work Location: On-Site FLSA Status: Exempt College: Owensboro Community & Technical College Campus Location: Owensboro Community College Department: Manufacturing and Skilled Trades Job Summary Owensboro Community and Technical College invites applications for part-time/temporary faculty to teach Computer and Information Technologies within the Manufacturing & Skilled Trades Department. Please note that this is an adjunct pool. We will only contact applicants as needed for classes. Job Duties Provide in-person or online learner-centered instruction in the discipline. Provide instruction to students in both theory and practice. Maintain classrooms and training materials. Stay informed of developments within the respective field and keep the program up to date. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the Computer Information Technology field is required. Preferred Qualifications College teaching experience is preferred. Previous experience teaching online, in-person, or hybrid courses is preferred. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
