About the role
We’re seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you’ll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician’s scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment. The position is located in Fairfax, VA, offering suburban comfort with proximity to historical sites, regional parks, shopping districts, dining options, local museums, community events, and easy access to major commuter routes and public transit for travel into the Washington, D.C. area.
Responsibilities
- Interpret physician’s scanning instructions
- Administer contrast materials
- Operate CT scan equipment
Requirements
- 1 year experience preferred as a CT Tech
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Virginia state licensure for Radiologic Technologist
- BLS certification
- Availability to work days
- Experience in outpatient imaging settings preferred

Schedule
Typical schedule: 32–40 hours per week, with shifts of 8–9.5 hours per day. Availability to work days is required.
