About the role
Perform general, diagnostic, and interventional CT imaging, including cardiac CTs, using Siemens Dual Source CT 128 Flash, Definition 64, and Definition Edge 128 in the ER at a Level III Trauma Center with 375 licensed beds seeing over 100 patients in 24 hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate Siemens CT systems for routine and advanced imaging
- Conduct cardiac CT studies
- Support interventional CT procedures in the emergency room
- Use MedRad injectors, Pyxis medication dispensing, Alaris IV pumps, and Change Healthcare PACS
Requirements
- Washington State CT Technologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in both CT and Radiography (ARRT – CT & R)
- Epic EMR experience
- One year of Computed Tomography experience
- Comfort with MedRad injectors, Pyxis medication dispensing, Alaris IV pumps, and Change Healthcare PACS
- Cardiac CT experience preferred
Schedule
- Fri–Sun, 1900–0730
- 2–3 shifts of call per month
