About the role
This role operates GE CT scanners in the emergency department and GE HE scanners in the main department, using GE PACS and EPIC systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients
- Operate CT equipment
- Administer contrast agents
- Maintain patient records
- Ensure image quality
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Delaware license
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Qualifications
Required qualifications include being a CT Technologist, Computed Tomography licensed as a Radiologic Technologist (RAD-DE), certified as a CT Technologist (CTTECH-ARRT) or Registered (R-ARRT).
Skills
Must have strong technical skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
