About the role
Responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce diagnostic images.
Responsibilities
- Position patients appropriately for imaging studies
- Operate and maintain computed tomography equipment
- Document patient information accurately
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current state certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
- Experience with computed tomography equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
