Compounder-D&E

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Dayton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and accurately measure ingredients using scales.
• Mix various ingredients and identify solids for melting using hot plates.
• Identify ingredients that require dilution and dilute appropriately.
• Record raw materials usage and maintain quality standards.
• Verify weight and contents of raw materials.
• Conduct in-process batch inspections and document all process events.
• Process liquids and powders using homogenizing and spray dry methods.
• Follow standard batch instructions for accurate weighing of dyes and substances.
• Check for consistency in batches and measure the viscosity of mixtures.
• Take samples of batches and submit them for laboratory testing.
• Follow food safety guidelines and accurately document completed work.
• Wear a uniform and proper personal protective equipment.

Pay

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
