Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain composite manufacturing equipment
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure product consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in composite manufacturing
• Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Proficient in using composite manufacturing equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $XX-$YY per hour

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
