Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate composite parts using hand and power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, and similar equipment.
  • Follow instructions and training to ensure quality and safety in all fabrication processes.
  • Finish and assemble fabricated parts to meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate needs or issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and standards.

Requirements

  • Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
  • No degree required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to complete each shift as scheduled.
  • Willingness to be trained and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

  • The job requires occasionally remaining on one's feet in an upright position without moving for long periods of time.

  • The job requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently and a negligible amount of force constantly so that an object moves away from the force.

  • The job requires the ability to operate a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel.

  • The job requires the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard.
