Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate composite parts using hand and power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, and similar equipment.
- Follow instructions and training to ensure quality and safety in all fabrication processes.
- Finish and assemble fabricated parts to meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate needs or issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and standards.
Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
- No degree required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to complete each shift as scheduled.
- Willingness to be trained and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
