Composite Blade Technician

Responsibilities
- The Composite Blade Technician will be responsible for internal and external inspections, defect analysis, and up to Category 3-5 repair of fiberglass and composite blades, spinners, and nacelles from all brands and categories.
- Technicians will require documenting the findings, and they will assemble all associated paperwork as they report for further action.
- Technicians will also provide occasional maintenance support.
- Will travel (100%) to multiple projects throughout the United States.
- May assign themselves other responsibilities to help proactively promote our vision and align with our organization's mission and values.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- GWO BST, ART certificate
- 100% travel required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience OR minimum 1 year field experience AND graduate of a Wind Tech or accredited Program.
- Training will include and must have completed:
- Tower Safety Training (e.g., High-angle rescue or wind tower rescue)
- LOTO Training
- Suspended Platform Rigging/De-Rigging
Qualifications
- Pass Background Check and Drug Screening
- Valid Driver's License (required to operate company vehicle)
- Must be able to stand, sit, push, pull, kneel, bend and lift 50 lbs.

Pay
We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which depends on experience, qualifications, and skills, to be $23/hour to $50/hour.
Schedule
Will travel (100%) to multiple projects throughout the United States.
