Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for pulling and staging material/components to the assigned production line and returning all finished goods to the warehouse audit area.
• Pulls sub-components from inventory for work orders, creates kits, and moves components to the floor.
• Manages inventory transactions in IQMS whenever moving components or finished goods.
• Responsible for line clearance at the end of work order and returns of unused pieces to inventory in IQMS.
• Properly puts away, tracks, picks, and packs inventory.
• Properly packages and labels parts and products.
• Loads, unloads, or stacks materials and products.
• Measures, weighs, or counts materials and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED.
• Production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret DHRs (Device History Records).
• Strong attention to detail with good counting and mathematical skills.
• Possess the written, verbal, and interaction skills necessary to work both independently and cooperatively.
• Comeptent in the use of computers and various software's, with the ability to access and enter data as necessary.

Desirable Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• Experience in injection molding.
• Knowledge of IQMS.

ADA Requirements

• Shop III Bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. frequently, or more occasionally.
• Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously.
• Exposure to machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
