About the role

We are seeking a Senior Actimize ActOne Case Manager Developer with more than five years of Actimize experience. This role involves hands-on development, design, and enhancement of case management solutions that support regulatory, compliance, and surveillance initiatives. The developer will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions using ActOne features and custom UI development, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimize ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.
  • Configure and extend ActOne features such as views and alert-to-case processing.
  • Design and develop custom UI components and enhancements using ReactJS and JavaScript.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs/services to support case enrichment and workflow orchestration.
  • Manage assigned development tasks to ensure timely delivery aligned with release cycles.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, and technology partners.
  • Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Actimize platform, with strong expertise in ActOne Case Manager.
  • Technical Skills: The following technical skills are required: Configuration and customization of workflows, queues, and UI components. Hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript for UI customization. REST API development and integration. Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management. Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a compliance or surveillance capacity, is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ownership, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ActOne 10.x Case Manager Development.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with large-scale case management implementations.
  • Understanding of Global Markets compliance.
