About the role

The Compliance & Privacy Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to privacy and data protection. This includes conducting audits, developing policies, and training staff on compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of compliance programs and systems
  • Develop and implement new privacy policies and procedures
  • Train employees on privacy and data protection best practices
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding privacy and data protection issues
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting privacy and data protection

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or privacy roles
  • Experience with HIPAA and GDPR regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
