- Schedule: "Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)". Also "Regular or Temporary: Regular". So schedule info: Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). That's schedule info. Also maybe "Regular" indicates full-time? But we have schedule: 1st shift.
We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. So we will have:
About the role
with paragraph(s) summarizing the role description.Responsibilities
with- list of essential duties.
Requirements
maybe combine Required and Preferred? The instruction says use section headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use "Requirements" for required qualifications, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But we should not create thin sections. Could combine required and preferred under Requirements with subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings not listed? The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. We could use "Qualifications" as a heading and include both required and preferred inside. Or we could have "Requirements" for required and "Preferred Qualifications" as a separate heading if we have content. Since we have both required and preferred, we could do:
Requirements
with required qualifications list.Preferred Qualifications
with preferred list. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both Required and Preferred may be okay if they are substantive. However we could combine them under "Qualifications". Let's decide: Use "Qualifications" heading and inside we can have two- maybe with headings? But we cannot add extra headings like
- Maintain an understanding of all applicable laws, rules and regulations applicable to coverage areas and provide regulatory guidance to assigned business unit and/or function associates.
- Review regulatory changes and assess the impact those changes may have on assigned business units and/or functions.
- Manage compliance risk management communications, training, documentation, procedures, and processes.
- Monitor and communicate compliance risk management industry developments.
- Implement strategies and methods related to the compliance risk management framework within the organization, including quality assessments, key risk, and performance measurement data, along with oversight monitoring and mitigation strategies.
- Assess process, procedure and control documentation and other related compliance issues and documentation to help ensure they are accurate and easily understood by audit and/or external regulatory agencies.
- Consult with business and/or functional units with respect to the design and implementation of remediation efforts as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Two years of compliance-related experience.
- Five years of financial institution experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of standard compliance concepts, practices, policies and related state and federal laws.
- Detail orientated and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills; proven ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced compliance consultants and analysts.
- Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience in the financial services industry within audit or compliance.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Completion of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Compliance School or CRCM certification.
? Not prohibited but maybe better to keep simple: Use
Qualifications
and thenRequired: ...
Preferred: ...
Or we could split into two- with preceding Required Qualifications: etc. That is acceptable.
We'll also have Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug free workplace, etc. Also remove application instructions, accommodation request, etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include the details about Regular/Temporary, Language Fluency English required, Work Shift 1st shift (United States of America). That's schedule info.
We also need to include "Regular or Temporary: Regular" maybe as part of schedule or about role? Could be included in schedule section.
We'll create sections:
- About the role: paragraph summarizing role.
- Responsibilities: list of essential duties (the bullet list after "Essential Duties And Responsibilities").
- Qualifications: list of required qualifications and preferred qualifications.
- Benefits: paragraph summarizing benefits.
- Pay: paragraph with salary range.
- Schedule: paragraph with work shift and regular/temporary.
We must not include "Regular or Temporary: Regular" as a heading; just include in schedule paragraph.
Now craft HTML.
We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML.
Let's write:

Schedule
Regular position; work shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Language fluency: English (required).
Check we didn't include any boilerplate. We omitted EEO, drug free workplace, etc. We omitted application instructions. We omitted "Regular or Temporary: Regular" but we included "Regular position". Good. We kept all substantive info: role description, responsibilities list, qualifications required and preferred, benefits, pay, schedule. We didn't invent or summarize away detail. We kept specifics like "Manage compliance risk management communications, training, documentation, procedures, and processes." etc. We didn't include "General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:" but we captured the content. We didn't include "As you advance through the hiring process..." but that's more generic; we omitted as it's not specific benefit detail? It's still substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about learning more about specific benefits; could be omitted as it's not a concrete benefit. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive but it's about process; maybe we can keep it? However it's more about the hiring process; not a benefit per se. Could be considered boilerplate? It's not a standard boilerplate like
- list of essential duties.
