Compliance Manager, Predictions

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Enhance the compliance program for prediction markets per regulatory requirements
• Manage daily compliance tasks, including monitoring and reporting
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits in collaboration with leadership
• Translate regulatory guidelines into practical business processes
• Develop and enhance compliance policies and internal controls
• Monitor compliance risks and drive timely issue remediation
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory operations related to financial services
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing prediction markets and financial markets
• Familiarity with Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulations, and NFA rules
• Experience with regulatory examinations and compliance testing
• Ability to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions
• Collaborative approach with strong ethical decision-making
