Compliance Manager - Locums Credentialing

Compliance Manager – CRNA Credentialing & Licensure Full-Time | Remote We're seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our locum staffing agency, focusing on our CRNA provider network. In this role, you'll ensure every provider we place meets and maintains all licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements — safeguarding both our agency and our clients. You'll review provider intake and credentialing documents, verify licenses and board certifications, and screen providers against the OIG, SAM, and NSOPW databases, escalating any irregularities to leadership. You'll also monitor our Nursys E-Notify account for license status changes, track Certificates of Insurance to ensure every provider on assignment stays covered, and keep our Salesforce records and credentialing files organized and current. This is a full-time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM remote position, with some flexibility on time zone based on business needs.
