Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support compliance, licensing, and regulatory initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain compliance records, reports, tracking logs, and supporting documentation.
- Aid in licensing administration, renewals, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies as needed.
- Support audits, examinations, quality control activities, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain organized records related to compliance, contracts, corporate documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and other administrative materials for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and employee information.
Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, compliance, licensing, operations, legal administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with compliance, licensing, document management, or loan origination systems is a plus.
