Compliance Inspector

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Compliance Inspector to work in our Albuquerque, NM office. The Compliance Inspector assists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting community inspections and assists with the architectural request process.

Responsibilities

• Learn the community's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Design Guidelines
• Conduct drive-through inspections
• Follow Board and/or Director requests regarding Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures

Requirements

• A clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine
• Strong team player, willing to help out and assist others when needed
