About the role
Join our dynamic team of engineers dedicated to ensuring compliance across all our operations. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Engineer to join our Research & Development department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in compliance practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future non-compliance incidents.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to inform compliance strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
