About the role

The DISCO Platform is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and marketing of our advanced legal technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
• Manage product roadmap, prioritize features based on market demand and strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Drive product adoption through effective go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Experience with legal technology products and market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
