Compliance Co-op with Drexel University

Overview The Compliance team provides critical support to help ensure that the firm operates within applicable regulatory requirements. As a Compliance Co-op, you will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with colleagues across the globe and engaging with teams throughout the firm, including Trading, Technology, Legal, and Operations. This role offers exposure to U.S. and international trading regulations and a range of financial products, including equities, options, futures, swaps, prediction markets, and fixed income products. In this Role, you will: Work alongside the Trading Compliance and Surveillance teams to build a foundational understanding of market structures, trading activities, and applicable regulations. Analyze trade activity to support surveillance of a range of financial products. Research current and emerging regulatory and compliance matters to support analysis of trading activities and new business initiatives. Assist with regulatory inquiries and requests for information by gathering relevant data and documentation. Use tools such as Excel, Python, VBA, and SQL to streamline department processes and support automation initiatives.
