Spring 2027 - Compliance Engineering Co-Op

About the role

Vitamix is seeking a Compliance Engineering Co-Op who will support the engineering team by consolidating and maintaining active compliance certificates and test reports. This role plays a key part in developing work instructions for a new compliance database, assisting with regulatory renewals, and providing hands-on support during in-house testing and pre-compliance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and consolidation of all active compliance certifications and test reports.
• Develop associated documentation and work instructions for the new compliance certifications and test reports.
• Support compliance projects such as renewals, reports updates, etc.
• Support in-house compliance and pre-compliance testing.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior Student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in a clear, focused and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism and maturity
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time and to required specifications in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
