Your Key Responsibilities The student will be provided a project description during the onboarding process. Project examples include: Defining and documenting process parametersSupport design efforts for product developmentQuantify and lead actions needed for scrap reduction Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction. S/he will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes.Know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
