Compliance Auditor

Summary

The Compliance Auditor will assist the Onc360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 Compliance Team through routine and random pharmacy compliance audits at pharmacy locations to ensure all activities and operations comply with state and federal regulations. This individual supports pharmacy operations teams by answering compliance and regulatory questions and provides regular reports and updates to the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site auditing of Onc360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country.
• Conduct virtual and/or desktop auditing of pharmacy locations, including data‑entry, focus, and records audits.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of operations audit and risk‑assessment tools used for various pharmacy audits.
• Assist with special pharmacy projects and activities.
• Effectively communicate and present information on compliance activities on a regular basis.
• Communicate audit results with responsible parties and follow up on required corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Compile and provide quarterly audit data to the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance or designee for compliance committees and other reporting bodies.
• Collaborate with appropriate departments to collect data from multiple reporting systems/sources for auditing purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, or designee.
• Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and professional standards.

Qualifications

Education / Work Experience

• Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Required: At least two (2) years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory auditing or related industry experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).

Skills / Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer, data‑entry, and software proficiency with attention to detail.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance/improvement and compliance.
• Ability to work objectively with diverse groups and demonstrate strong organizational, administrative, and office skills.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Pay

Starting salary $60,000 and up, depending on experience.

Travel

Travel expectation of approximately 25% by plane or vehicle, including overnight stays as necessary. Proximity and access to a major airport required.
