About the Opportunity

The Compliance and Training Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of clinical quality and regulatory compliance while ensuring the workforce is well-trained and supported. This position partners closely with leadership to build and oversee compliance systems, training programs, and policy administration, directly impacting the organization's ability to provide quality care and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily compliance monitoring, incident review, and audit support.
  • Lead development and delivery of internal training programs for all staff.
  • Create, update, and maintain organizational policies, SOPs, and handbooks.
  • Aid in developing and managing the Student Analyst Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, Training, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, training, clinical oversight, or related healthcare roles.
  • Experience with documentation audits, incident investigations, quality improvement, or regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering employee training.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms, learning management systems, and AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Healthcare Compliance, Education, Training, or related field.
  • BCBA certification preferred.
  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience developing CEU or PDU programs and eLearning modules.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
