About the Role

Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFS) is building a more integrated North American operating model, with Charlotte, North Carolina serving as its North American headquarters. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Compliance & Governance Specialist to help support compliance operations, corporate governance, and entity management activities across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, managing multiple workstreams, and helping teams operate with consistency, accountability, and strong governance practices.

While this role requires ownership and independent judgment, you will be part of an experienced Legal & Compliance team and will have support from Compliance leadership and legal professionals for escalations and subject matter guidance.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, managing important details, and helping organizations operate with integrity and discipline, we'd love to hear from you.
