Join our Network Compliance Team and help shape the future of global commerce. This role focuses on monitoring and ensuring compliance with card brand regulations, analyzing data, and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to Card Brand Excessive Chargeback, Fraud, and Card Testing Alerts and escalations.
• Handle Card Brand Registrations such as Merchant and Third Parties.
• Report key metrics, risk indicators, and statistics to management.
• Perform data analysis with Card Brand Programs and assess their impact on various business units.
• Operationalize new processes while enhancing existing workflows.
• Respond promptly to issues and questions related to card brand compliance, internal lines of business, and customer-facing inquiries.
• Participate in training and promote card brand compliance awareness (e.g., Compliance Champion).
• Provide information to a variety of audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of applicable Acquirer Card Brand rules and regulations.
• Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify areas of potential operational improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations.
