Major Responsibilities
- Aids the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, with compliance administrative activities.
- Conducts on-site and virtual audits of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country.
- Supports the development and maintenance of operations audit and risk assessment tools.
- Assists with special pharmacy projects and activities.
- Supports the securement and maintenance of proper facility licensure, including new licenses, renewals, and change notifications.
- Communicates and presents information on compliance activities regularly.
- Follows up on required corrective actions in response to audit results.
- Compiles and provides quarterly audit data to the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance or designee.
- Collaborates with departments to collect data from multiple reporting systems/sources for auditing purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, or designee.
Position Qualifications
- Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician registration; at least two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry-related experience.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field; Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer/data entry/software applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields.
- Knowledge of quality assurance/improvement and compliance.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
