Compliance Analyst

Major Responsibilities

• Aids the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, with compliance administrative activities.
• Conducts on-site and virtual audits of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country.
• Supports the development and maintenance of operations audit and risk assessment tools.
• Assists with special pharmacy projects and activities.
• Supports the securement and maintenance of proper facility licensure, including new licenses, renewals, and change notifications.
• Communicates and presents information on compliance activities regularly.
• Follows up on required corrective actions in response to audit results.
• Compiles and provides quarterly audit data to the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance or designee.
• Collaborates with departments to collect data from multiple reporting systems/sources for auditing purposes.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, or designee.

Position Qualifications

• Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician registration; at least two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry-related experience.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field; Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).

• Proficiency in computer/data entry/software applications.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields.
• Knowledge of quality assurance/improvement and compliance.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
