Compliance Analyst

Essential Duties

• Work closely with Firm's Compliance Team to facilitate the organization's compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations and best practices.
• Manage consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm's system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements.
• Monitor for compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred.
• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Pay

This hourly range for this position is between $20.00 to $25.00.

Schedule

This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones.
