About the role

The Analyst, Compliance Governance supports and executes healthcare credentialing activities to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and client policies and standards. They validate qualifications, perform primary source verification, and monitor license expirations and disciplinary actions. This role collaborates with various teams to resolve discrepancies and credentialing issues, and assists with creating and maintaining internal SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform credentialing of compliance documentation in accordance with client requirements.
  • Validate qualifications including licensure, certifications, training, education, and employment history.
  • Manage and monitor license expirations and disciplinary actions, escalating concerns to the Compliance Manager when needed.
  • Collaborate with Compliance team, Client Services, and Suppliers to resolve discrepancies or credentialing issues.
  • Support external audit requests by compiling and providing credentialing documents through secure channels.
  • Generate reports to track and monitor compliance documentation to ensure timely completion in accordance with client onboarding deadlines.
  • Afford suggestions for process improvements and system enhancements related to credentialing and compliance.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years compliance/credentialing experience in healthcare staffing and/or in a hospital-setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
  • MSP experience preferred.

  • Must have MSP experience preferred.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 USD annually.

Schedule

Remote - working PST hours.
