Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Monitor industry trends and update policies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit reports to management regarding compliance status.
• Train colleagues on new compliance procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
