Responsibilities
- Coordinate responses to client RFIs by gathering information and drafting tailored submissions
- Maintain a centralized database of responses and model language
- Track required staff training and ensure timely completion
- Manage client-specific training and SOP compliance needs
- Assist with due-diligence checks for third-party partners
- Ensure documentation accuracy and support general compliance administration including task tracking, email management, and record maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in professional services or compliance-oriented environments
- Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under shifting priorities
- Strong customer-service instincts and polished communication
- Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Proactive, ownership-driven work style
Qualifications
