About the role

This position advises Communication Solutions on compliance with U.S. regulatory obligations. It involves leading product reviews, providing Risk and Compliance support, following regulatory change management procedures, and collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advises Communication Solutions on compliance with U.S. regulatory obligations.
  • Leads product reviews for new and changed products/services, assessing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Supports the Communications Solutions Cross Functional Leadership Team with Risk and Compliance.
  • Fulfills issue management by identifying and addressing control breaks affecting customers and consumers.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for compliance policies and training.
  • Executes team initiatives, including participating in Risk and Compliance Councils and M&A activities.
  • Mentors junior team members and contributes to a culture of compliance excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a compliance organization, including roles in Compliance Advisory.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. consumer protection laws and regulatory frameworks, including CPNI, Privacy Laws, FCC Regulations, UDAAP, and GLBA.
  • Experience with telecommunication services or brand protection services.
  • Experience navigating a highly matrixed organization.
  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP).

Qualifications

  • The ability to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly in both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams, build strong working relationships across business units.

Skills

  • Experience with telecommunication services or brand protection services.
  • Navigating a highly matrixed organization.
  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP).

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $112,500.00 - $187,500 annually. Actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position involving regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
